St Albert Rams Lacrosse Club Volunteer Shift Policy
The following policy will help ensure accountability and reliability among all volunteers, we have established this No Show Policy. Volunteers play a crucial role in our organization, and we appreciate your commitment to fulfilling your scheduled shifts. The Bingo and Casinos generate a significant amount of revenue that helps us run our club.
Policy Statement
Volunteers are expected to attend their scheduled shifts as agreed. If a volunteer fails to show up for a shift without prior notice, the following consequences will take effect.
Notification Requirement:
Volunteers must notify the program coordinator at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend their scheduled shift. Notifications can be made via email, phone, or in-person communication.
No Show Definition:
A "no show" occurs when a volunteer fails to arrive for their scheduled shift without proper notification.
Fee Forfeiture:
If a volunteer does not show up for their shift without notifying the volunteer coordinator in advance, they forfeit their volunteer fee for that shift. This fee will not be reimbursed and you will not be allowed to sign up for any additional shifts for the remainder of the year.
